This Shipping Policy applies to all goods shipped by SCINDSDSIDERLIKE LLC, including but not limited to self-operated products, supplier products, returns, and exchanges. The Company is committed to ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective delivery and an excellent customer experience.

2. Selection of Carriers

2.1 All partnered logistics providers must hold valid transportation qualifications and comply with applicable national laws and regulations. 2.2 The Company selects carriers based on service quality, reliability, coverage, and cost-effectiveness.

3. Shipping Methods

3.1 Standard areas: Express delivery (SF Express, JD Logistics, Deppon, Cainiao, etc.). 3.2 Remote areas (e.g., Tibet, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Qinghai, Gansu, Hainan, etc.): China Post, EMS, or dedicated logistics lines. 3.3 Special items (high-value, fragile, oversized, temperature-controlled, hazardous goods, etc.) must be shipped via designated special lines or dedicated vehicles.

4. Shipping Timeframes

4.1 Orders paid before 16:00 (Beijing Time) on business days will be shipped on the same day (except for pre-sale, customized, or promotional items with special notes). 4.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day. 4.3 Items marked “Ship within 48 hours,” “Ship within 7 days,” etc., will follow the timeframe stated on the product page.

5. Shipping Fees

5.1 Free standard shipping on orders over RMB [amount] within mainland China. 5.2 Orders below RMB [amount] will incur a shipping fee of RMB [amount]. 5.3 Additional surcharge applies to remote areas (Tibet, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Qinghai, Gansu, Hainan, etc.). The exact surcharge amount is displayed at checkout or listed in the appendix. 5.4 International shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout according to destination and carrier.

6. Return & Exchange Shipping Responsibilities

6.1 Quality issues or incorrect items sent by the Company: The Company bears round-trip shipping costs. 6.2 Customer-initiated returns/exchanges (e.g., size preference, change of mind) within 7 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in original condition: Customer pays return shipping; the Company covers reshipment of replacement. 6.3 Returns refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address provided by customer: Customer bears all associated costs.

7. Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Prohibited & Restricted Items

The Company strictly complies with national and carrier regulations regarding prohibited and restricted items (e.g., dangerous goods, liquids, batteries, etc.). Customers are responsible for ensuring ordered items comply with all applicable laws.

9. Force Majeure

Delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, epidemics, government actions, severe weather, etc.) are exempt from liability.

10. Policy Updates

The Company reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the official website and take effect immediately upon publication.
